Through community advocacy, public education, and evidence-based reform, we work to reduce social harm, strengthen public health, and keep vulnerable people out of the justice system wherever possible.

We believe lasting change comes from empowering communities, listening to lived experience, and promoting policies grounded in dignity, accountability, and the principle of “First, do no harm.”
